Organize activities to clarify what’s happening

What do you do when multitasking becomes overwhelming? How do you decide what do you do next?

Sometimes the best thing to do is to step back and allow yourself time to think.  Clear your head; give yourself room to breath.

The best ideas don’t come when you are overloaded. They often appear after confusion. And after your mind is has settled and your thoughts are calm; suddenly, the confusion slips away.

As Anais Nin said:

My ideas usually come not at my desk writing but in the midst of living.

When clarity emerges through living, that is when idea is born.
