Why should I bother to give my colleagues feedback?

When working on a team, its often easy to take people for granted and assume that everyone else is doing the best that they can. But this is not always the case.

Like anything although you meeting or event may be high on your priority list, that may not be true for everyone. In fact, many people go to meetings completely unprepared, assuming, sad to say, that the meeting will be a waste of time, and they can just relax like a day in the park.

It’s your job to raise your activity to a higher point on their list of what is important to them.
